USE:
- Hook the Stratchits carabiner into Black Galvanized Eye Bolts / Eye Nuts - by Front Runner or Stainless steel eyebolts - from Front Runner or simply wrap them around the crossbars or side profiles of your roof rack and attach the Stratchits to themselves.
- You can even remove the carabiner and simply wrap the Stratchits around themselves to attach them to any railing, bar, bumper, spare tire mount, etc.
DANGER:
Please read and follow all warnings carefully – failure to do so could result in damage to the load or cause injury.
- Never tighten the straps too much. Use only your hands.
- Never stand directly in front of the straps when tightening them to avoid the risk of injury if the strap comes loose.
- During your journey, check from time to time whether the Stratchits are securing your load properly and change the position if necessary. You should check the strap after the first 16 km of travel and then every 80 km.
- User must evaluate load and requirements. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should this product be used to support human weight.
- To ensure maximum longevity, the Stratchits should be protected from direct sunlight or other weather influences when not in use.
- Check the stratchits regularly for signs of wear or damage.
- To ensure a long service life, you should protect the Stratchits from sun and weather when they are not in use.
- Make sure the attachment points for the Stratchits are strong enough to withstand the load while driving.
- Be especially careful when securing large objects that are subject to aerodynamic lift forces caused by bumps in the road. Always use an appropriate number of straps and drive at reduced speeds to minimize the effects of these forces.
